Traces of Romans in Mazovia

In 2014, archaeologists from Czersk, Legions and Otwock discovered hairpins, arrowheads and swords from Roman times.

The vicinity of Warsaw has been intensively researched by archaeologists for several years. They discovered the remains of cemeteries and settlements dating back to Roman times, they also find traces of settlement from the Bronze Age, Iron Age or the Middle Ages.
