In 2013, the remains of a Roman cemetery were found in south-eastern France. This year, hundreds of Roman graves were discovered, among which were chained skeletons.<\/p>\n
The burial ground is located approximately 250 meters from the remains of the Roman amphitheatre of Saintes, in the Charente-Maritime department, on the west coast of France.
