We know the release date of the new part of the outstanding movie “Gladiator”. The sequel is set to premiere on November 22, 2024, and will be directed again by Ridley Scott.<\/p>\n
The author of the screenplay is David Scarp, who is the author of the plot and texts of other Ridley Scott films – “Napoleon” and “All the money in the world”.<\/p>\n
The main role will be played by Paul Mescal, known, among others, from the film “Aftersun”, who will play the role of Lucius – son of Lucilla and nephew killed in the first part of Commodus. The film will reprise the actress who played Commodus’ sister – Connie Nielsen – and the actor Djimon Hounsou, who was a friend of Maximus from the arena.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately, we do not know more details about the plot, but it is certain that Maximus will not appear.
