The object is dated 251-253 CE.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The emperor was depicted wearing a beard and a crown. The reverse shows Libertas, the <a href=\"https:\/\/imperiumromanum.pl\/en\/roman-religion\/gods-of-ancient-rome\/roman-personifications\/\">personification<\/a> of freedom.<\/p>\n<p>The exact place where the discovery was made remains unknown as the researchers want to prevent illegal treasure hunts in the area. Other coins were also found on the spot &#8211; silver and bronze, a key, a brooch and a ring.
