In Chichester (southern England) a large Roman bath was found. As it turns out, the building was big enough to accommodate four people. Volunteers also participated in the excavations.<\/p>\n
Exploratory work took place in a public park. Interestingly, the project was also attended by local residents. According to the researchers, the thermal baths certainly belonged to a wealthy owner. There were traces of the heated room, which was warmed by the innovative sub-floor heating system.<\/p>\n
In addition to the ruins of the building, fragments of tiles and ceramics were dug from the ground.
