Her name &#8220;pax&#8221; literally means &#8220;peace&#8221;. Its counterpart in Greek mythology is Ejrene.<\/p>\n<p>Regarded as a goddess during the reign of <a href=\"https:\/\/imperiumromanum.pl\/biografie\/oktawian-august\/\">Octavian Augustus<\/a>. On <a href=\"https:\/\/imperiumromanum.pl\/kultura\/architektura-rzymska\/budowle-rzymskie\/pole-marsowe-w-rzymie\/\">the Field of Mars<\/a>, she had her first temple <a href=\"https:\/\/imperiumromanum.pl\/kultura\/architektura-rzymska\/budowle-rzymskie\/ara-pacis\/\"><em><b>Ara Pacis<\/b><\/em><\/a>. The second one was on the <em>Forum Pacis<\/em>. A festival on January 3 was organized in her honour. B Dynasty was often associated with spring.<\/p>\n<p>In art, she was most often depicted as a young woman holding a cornucopia. On the reverse of Roman coins, it is depicted with an olive branch, a sceptre, a cornucopia or a caduceus.
