The only Roman helmet found in Georgia. The object made of bronze was discovered in the village Kvemo Kedi; probably dated to the 1st century CE.

The Romans had strong influence in the areas of the Caucasus. The Georgian elites participated in Roman military campaigns, and the legionaries marched through their lands and even stationed.
