Roman silver engagement ring
Roman silver engagement ring from 2nd-3rd century CE. It was discovered in the ancient Viminacium in eastern Serbia.
The ring has a chalcedony cameo. There are two intertwined hands on the stone with the inscription “OMONI(A)”, which together emphasizes marital unity, harmony and faithfulness.
