Roman weight
Roman scale, made of bronze. Dated on the 1st-2nd century CE. The object was found in the village of Hrtkovci in northern Serbia.
On the horizontal beam, you can see the Roman numerals – I, II, III, IIII on one side and III, V, XV on the other. A round weight is attached to the beam at one end and a chain with hooks at the other end. The artifact is in the Vojvodina Museum in Novi Sad.
