Bodies of two tied horses discovered in Pompeii

In Pompeii, were found the remains of two horses, which were tied to the manger, during the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 CE. The discovery took place in the stable next to the villa of Civita Giuliana.
The photo shows a plaster cast of one of the horses.
