Roman wall discovered under hotel in York
In 2016, archaeologists discovered the remains of a Roman wall in the yard of the 5-star Grand Hotel and Spa in York, England.
According to scientists, the finding dates back to the Roman period. They were found during construction works aimed at enlarging the hotel.
