In the ancient city of Aizanoi, in western Turkey, a carved man’s head and numerous pieces of Aphrodite’s sculpture have been discovered. The objects are approximately 2,000 years old.

In total, 70 parts of the ancient statue of the goddess of beauty and love were found, which could have been about a meter high. The preserved man’s head is almost 50 cm high; according to scientists, the entire statue could have been about 3 meters in height.
