Fragment of Roman water supply system in Stabiae was discovered

In a villa in Stabiae (southern Italy), a fragment of the Roman water supply system was discovered, which consisted of a decorated reservoir and lead pipes. This system was used to regulate the flow of water and distribute it to various rooms of the house and fountains.
