Russell Crowe returns to the Roman era in the new film The Last Druid, in which he will play the role of a Celtic leader. The plot is about a Roman emperor planning to conquer an independent settlement in Caledonia, which forces a peaceful druid to fight to defend his people and family. The film is directed by William Eubank and written by Philip Gawthorne and Carlyle Eubank.
