In Egypt, tombstones and wall paintings from Roman times discovered
In south-west Egypt, Beir Al-Shaghala, archaeologists have discovered two ancient tombs, built in different styles. The buildings, made of dried brick, are decorated with wall paintings. The paintings showed the process of mummification.
