Lost Roman artifacts found at auction | Photo: Essex Police
Twelve years ago in Colchester, England, Roman coffins were stolen and discovered next to St Mary’s Hospital. To everyone’s surprise, the lost artifacts were put up for sale at an auction.
Scientists are currently researching the finds. Researchers are delighted that the wonderful objects will be able to be better known and put on display for all history enthusiasts.
