According to scientists, the Romans, during their military actions against the Germans, especially at the end of the 2nd century CE, repeatedly reached the territory of the modern Czech Republic. Another proof of this is the Roman camp, the traces of which were discovered in 2018.

Roman gold coins have been discovered in eastern England

Roman gold coins have been discovered in eastern England, near Norwich. A total of 11 coins were found that were minted in Lugdunum (present-day Lyon in France) and which date back to the 1st BCE – 1st century CE. The obverse of the coins features a likeness of Emperor Augustus, and the obverse features various compositions.
